Note:
- An application is not complete
without all of the above listed materials. It is
recommended (but not required) that you also complete
and submit the
Preliminary Application Form
by 23 January 2009.
Submission Time and Date:
Complete
applications received on or before 20
February 2009 at 4pm will
receive full consideration.
How to submit an application:
Sections A
- D of the application form can be submitted as a single
electronic file (e.g. word or pdf) via the web, linked from
the PRIME web site (prime.ucsd.edu).
Section E: Letters of
Support or Agreement: The UCSD Mentor may send the letter
electronically to Teri Simas at
simast@sdsc.edu.
This must be received prior to 4pm on 20 February
2009.
Section F: Program coordinators will review your transcripts via StudentLink.
Decision Time Frame:
Selections will be
made prior to Spring Quarter 2009.
Interviews and References:
The selection
committee will interview some applicants prior to making
selection decisions. Furthermore, for those individuals
interviewed, references may be contacted.
Any student will
admitted to the program will be required to be interviewed.
References will be contacted prior to accepting a student into the program. |
